This week we catch up with Joe Molloy from Rumble Coffee Roasters for to learn about their boxing inspiration and changing the world, one coffee at a time!
MICE: Who would you choose to have a coffee with and why?
Joe Molloy: I’d have to go with Elon Musk. So many people talk about changing the world but he might actually do it.
MICE: Who would you say is your idol?
Joe: Muhammad Ali for being the best boxer in the world, and then having the courage to give it all up for his principles. He’s also pretty handsome!
MICE: What inspires you everyday?
Joe: Coffee inspires me. There’s always so much to learn about roasting and brewing and sourcing coffee
MICE: What is your favourite moment of the week and why?
Joe: My favourite moment of the week is Monday morning! We get to start roasting and drinking coffee after a relaxing weekend.
MICE: What is your greatest accomplishment?
Joe: Rumble’s greatest accomplishment is still being in the ring after three years in the coffee industry in Melbourne!
