On the grind with Grinders Coffee
This week we catch up with the infamous Andy Easthope of Grinders Coffee. Legend has it that he once made a cup of coffee for the Queen of England.
MICE: Who would you choose to have a coffee with and why?
Andy Easthope: That’s a tough question, however I think I would have to go with Tim Ferriss (author of the 4-hour work week) – I’m a massive fan of his podcast and listen to it quite frequently.
MICE: How do you indulge yourself?
Andy: I have a few indulgences but I could not go past a milk coffee – love it and have one at least once a day.
MICE: Who’s your idol?
Andy: Probably my colleague Faye Heininger, shes a legend and inspires me every day.
MICE: What’s your greatest accomplishment?
Andy: My career, for sure. I started in an entry-level role as a barista 13 years ago and have pushed myself to progress at each new role I moved into. I’m currently working as a senior leader at Grinders Coffee and which is something I love and also very proud of.
MICE: Can you describe Grinders in three words?
Andy: Focused, smart and evolving.
Grinders Coffee will be located at stand 217 at MICE 2018, make sure you check them out! In the mean time here is their website: www.grinderscoffee.com.au
