Return of the Saint
This week we catch up with St Ali General Manager Lachlan Ward and chat Brewers Cup and caffeine inspiration.
MICE: What inspires you?
Lachlan Ward: I would have to say the team I work with – they constantly inspire me. Our company continues to grow and it’s exciting to see all the new projects everyone is working on.
MICE: What’s your favourite day of the week and why?
LW: I’m a fan of lazy Sundays off, sipping on some good coffee and relaxing.
MICE: What is your greatest achievement?
LW: Winning the Australian Brewers Cup in 2013 is up there, but I think becoming a dad definitely takes the cake.
MICE: What’s one thing people may not know about St Ali?
LW: Well we are about to launch our first organic line of coffees, hopefully in time for MICE2018!
