We were treated to a quick catch up with the very talented Jibbi Little, current #1 Latte Artist in Australia.
MICE: What’s your favourite origin?
Jibbi Little: My favourite Origin is Ethiopia.
MICE: What is your favourite way to drink coffee?
JL: I keep it simple with milk and black.
MICE: What’s your career highlight?
JL: Placing third in the ASCA Australian Latte Art Championship in 2014 and 2016, and first in the ASCA Central Region Latte Art Championship in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018. I also have my Q Grader license and I am a qualified Sensory ASCA Judge for Brewers Cup and the Barista competition.
