Byron Bay Cookies Introduces New Flavour at MICE
As Australia’s Original Café Cookie, Byron Bay Cookies have been a staple in cafes around Australia and around the world since 1990. Known for their glass cookie jars and beautifully designed packaging, Byron Bay Cookies add a touch of Byron Bay to your local cafe. Baked for cookie lovers, each Byron Bay Cookie is baked to perfection in sunny Byron Bay, on Australia’s most easterly point. The brand is famous for cramming generous inclusions of chocolate, fruit and nut in its indulgent cookies, delivering a moment of indulgence with each bite.
A regular exhibitor at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo, Byron Bay Cookies will be making an anticipated comeback in 2023, showcasing its wide range of iconic flavours, and introducing its new Blueberry Muffin Cookie. Inspired by Australia’s favourite muffin and café treat, the Blueberry Muffin Cookie expertly combines real blueberries with a touch of cinnamon and velvety white choc chunks. The result is a soft textured cookie that tastes just like a Blueberry Muffin! The new Blueberry Muffin Cookie will be served on board Qantas domestic flights from October. This marks the 20th anniversary of Byron Bay Cookies being served on board Qantas, a relationship that has seen several Byron Bay Cookie flavours take to the skies over the years.
The most colourful Byron Bay Cookie to fly with the national carrier is the Byron Bay Pride Cookie which launched on board Qantas in February to coincide with Sydney World Pride. Baked into a heart and topped with rainbow dotty choc drops, the Byron Bay Pride Cookie supports Rainbow Families, with 10c per Pride cookie sold donated to Rainbow Families to support LGBTQ+ parents and their children.
The Byron Bay Pride Cookie and the new Blueberry Muffin Cookie will be on display at the Byron Bay Cookies stand (C32) for all cookie lovers to try.
