  • Roast Profiling: With both Petroncini Traditional Solid Drum Roaster and the energy efficient Modular Drum Roaster integrated in the Coffee Lab, roasters can create, track, and fine-tune their roasting profiles with precision, ensuring each batch meets the desired flavour profile for their future roastery. IMA Coffee Lab utilizes advanced data analytics to monitor and control temperature, airflow, and other key parameters, giving roasters deeper insights into their process and enabling them to improve consistency and quality.  
  • Processing Automation; Surrounding the Roasters, the Coffee Lab have integrated Green Bean intake, cleaning and storing – Roasted Bean storage, degassing, blending, grinding plus several packing solutions, for customers to trial their processes. All monitored and controlled from the Control Room for maximum operational efficiency and consistency. 
  • Support; Guided throughout the process of acquiring a new Roastery by process experts; including Matteo Barbarossa (IMA Coffee expert & SCA Trainer), and Melbourne based Esko project manager; JJ Wong, we are here to make your ambitions reality.
