ADM-DP3 Series – Coffee Pouch Packaging Systems
Image: Property of ADM Packaging
The ADM-DP3 Series represents the next generation of automated coffee pouch packaging, engineered for roasters seeking higher output, greater efficiency and consistent, retail-ready presentation. Designed and manufactured in Melbourne, trusted across Australia, New Zealand and beyond, the DP3 Series delivers reliable, fully automated solutions specifically for roasted coffee production.
The ADM-DP31 is purpose-built for packing roasted coffee beans. It automates every major stage of the pouch packaging process: precise weighing, accurate dosing, bag opening, vibration settling, filling, sealing and date-coding. This integrated approach removes manual handling and ensures each pouch is packed with outstanding consistency and accuracy.
The system handles 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg and optional 2 kg bags, giving roasters flexibility across retail and commercial formats. Specialised suction arms open paper or plastic pouches fitted with one-way valves, while controlled vibration settles the beans evenly for clean, professional presentation. A rapid 5-minute changeover supports roasters managing multiple blends and bag sizes.
New for 2025 is the ADM-DP312, a dual-head model designed to pack both roasted beans and ground coffee within the same integrated system. This upgrade provides greater throughput, improved versatility and high-volume capability without increasing floor space ideal for roasters managing mixed product lines or expanding output.
With more than 30 years of Australian engineering experience, ADM Packaging Automation works closely with producers to integrate the ADM-DP3 Series into existing roasting and production environments. Whether you are automating for the first time or scaling to meet growing demand, the DP31 and DP312 offer the reliability, performance and long-term value needed to grow.
