Early Bird tickets to MICE2027 now on sale

On the back of a hugely successful 2026 event, the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) is releasing 2027 tickets due to popular demand.
Returning to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 4 to 6 March 2027, MICE will once again bring together café owners, roasters, baristas, producers, suppliers, and other coffee-lovers to celebrate the Australian coffee industry, do business, and provide valuable education.
“Every year we see just how much MICE means to the coffee industry, and after announcing the 2027 dates, there was already strong interest from businesses and attendees wanting to start planning ahead, so we decided to launch visitor ticket sales five months ahead of schedule,” says Sarah Baker, MICE education Moderator and Show Lead.
“MICE has become far more than a trade show. It’s a place where the coffee world comes together to discover new ideas, build relationships, and have important conversations about the future of the industry. MICE is such an important annual event that energises the Australian community and shows them we’re united on industry challenges and opportunities. We can’t wait to do it all again in 2027.”
For next year’s show, attendees can choose between a Day Pass or a 3-Day Pass, depending on how they want to experience the event.
The Day Pass, priced at an Early Bird rate of $54.95, provides visitors with access to the exhibition floor and education content for one day of the attendee’s choosing. Visitors can explore exhibiting brands while gaining access to the Café Owners Education Series and a range of interactive features, cuppings and activations across the show floor. It includes access to the returning Trip to Origin and crowd favourite Roasters Playground. Friday ticket purchasers can also gain access to the second edition of MICE at Night.
For those wanting the full MICE experience, the 3-Day Pass is available for $99.95 and includes entry across all three days of the event, including MICE at Night.
Individual ticket sales for the 2027 GCR Leaders Symposium, MICE at Night, and Opening Night Party will be made available at a later date.
