ASCA Australian Roasting Championships return at MICE2018
The ASCA Australian Roasting Championships will be held once again at MICE, in March 2018.
ASCA Roasters Guild Head, Lucy Ward, has expanded the competition to allow for entries from up to 30 roasters across Australia, with entries open today!
The final round of the Championship, title-sponsored by long-time MICE exhibitor AMC Roastery Supply, will be held at MICE2018. The winner will represent Australia on the world stage, following in the footsteps of inaugural Australian Roasting Champion Jack Allisey.
Allisey, of Veneziano Coffee Roasters, was announced as second in the World Coffee Roasting Championships, held in Guangzhou, China, last week.
