From 4 to 6 March 2027, MICE will return to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibiton Centre bringing together café owners, roasters, baristas, producers, and suppliers for three days focused on coffee, business, and connection. Attendees can explore new equipment and technology, taste the flavours from producing countries, hear directly from industry leaders through the Café Owners Education Series, and connect with the people behind the products shaping the industry.
