Espresso Mechanics to debut the VA 388 Black Eagle Gravimetric at MICE2015
Espresso Mechanics has announced it is launching the Victoria Arduino Black Eagle 388 Gravimetric at MICE2015.
The VA 388 is the official machine sponsor of the 2015 – 2017 World Barista Championship (WBC). Its Gravimetric technology is designed to ensure the perfect amount of coffee makes its way into the cup.
James Hoffman, of Square Mile Coffee Roasters, will be at the Espresso Mechanics stand on Friday 13 March, demonstrating the machine’s features.
James is the 2007 World Barista Champion and author of The World Atlas of Coffee.
Fans can stop past stand number #22 to speak to James and learn about the VA 388 Gravimetric.
MICE2015 is taking place at the Melbourne Showgrounds in Victoria from 13 – 15 March.
