The GCR Leaders Symposium will return to MICE2027 following another strong response from the coffee industry, building on the momentum of previous editions that brought together influential voices from across the global coffee sector.

Set to take place as part of the 2027 Melbourne International Coffee Expo, the premium morning event will once again unite leading roasters, café operators, green bean traders, and industry decision-makers for high-level conversations around the trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping coffee both locally and abroad.
