How do I become an Exhibitor?
What’s the difference between a ``Shell Scheme`` and ``Space Only`` stand?
A Shell Scheme stand is a booth set-up with walls, basic power & lighting, carpet and a front fascia with your company’s name.
Space only packages should be purchased with the intent to build a custom stand. No flooring, power, lighting or furniture is provided. At a minimum, exhibitors purchasing a space only package must lay carpet or raised floor and include a neat, enclosed back wall.
Do I need insurance?
Each exhibitor must ensure that they have Public Liability Cover as listed in the exhibitor manual and coverage must extend from the start of the bump in period to the end of the bump out period. Exhibitors must provide a Certificate of Currency endorsing and noting the interest of the Event Organisers, Prime Creative Media Pty.Ltd. 11-15 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, Australia (ABN 51 127 239 212), for the said period. The insurance cover must also include liability for personal injury as well as damage to property.
