MICE has partnered with Foodbank and Reground to cut down on waste at this year’s expo.
Leftover food and milk will be donated to Foodbank Australia, an organisation that collects excess food and distributes to a range of charities.
Coffee grinds will be collected by Reground, and recycled into fertiliser.
