Roaster Royale Tasting Experience
Our expert baristas will guide you through a flight of coffee blends from the MILKLAB Roaster Royale finalists. The top 5 finalists have been selected by our expert panel of judges from 100 of the best Australian coffee roasters who were challenged to develop a blend that pairs perfectly with MILKLAB Oat. Cast a vote for your favourite and help us crown the ‘2025 MICE Favourite’ and send an extra $1K cash their way!
Latte Art Workshops
11am latte art workshops – daily
Some of the best latte art experts in the business will showcase the tips and tricks behind their signature pours and challenge baristas to replicate their design. The best pour each day will win $500!
Roaster Royale Final
