MILKLAB returns as platinum sponsor of MICE2026

The Melbourne International Coffee Expo is proud to announce the return of MILKLAB as an official platinum sponsor of MICE2026. As the brand marks its 10-year anniversary, MILKLAB is preparing to deliver its biggest activation yet – promising an immersive experience for coffee lovers, baristas and roasters alike.

Having launched at MICE a decade ago, MILKLAB has grown into one of Australia’s most beloved plant-based milk brands, known for its collaborative approach and commitment to quality.

MILKLAB’s 2025 appearance was a standout feature of the expo, drawing large crowds with its Summer Sensations drinks and launch of the MILKLAB MilkCLUB – an initiative designed to engage and inspire the industry.

“MICE2025 was a milestone moment,” Latimore added.

“The incredible response reinforced our mission to create a space that inspires and connects with the trade as well as serve delicious, signature drinks in addition to great coffee.

“For MICE2026, we’re building on that momentum, reimagining our presence with even more creativity, collaboration and innovation. Expect a bold, elevated experience that continues to celebrate the coffee community and the people who power it.”

Attendees at MICE2026 can expect the return of the MILKLAB MilkCLUB – bigger, bolder and more interactive than ever. The MILKLAB space will once again feature its signature drinks menu using the full plant-based range, along with DJ sets and high-energy competitions like the Barista Battle and Roaster Royale.

“Whether you’re a barista, roaster or just love coffee, the MILKLAB space will be a must-visit,” Latimore said.

MICE2026 will once again be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in March 2026, bringing together the global coffee industry for three days of innovation, inspiration and connection.
