SCAA to teach cupping class at MICE 2015


The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) will be offering its Orientation to SCAA Cupping at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE2015) on 13 March.

Using the SCAA Cupping Protocol and exploring two flights of coffee, participants will be introduced to and practice the SCAA protocol, and focus on basic vocabulary from the Coffee Tasters Flavour Wheel for objective, professional coffee quality evaluation.
