The Sensory Lab Brew Bar – Powered By Huhtamaki will give Melbourne International Coffee Expo visitors the chance to pick up some great coffee knowledge and get their hands on the latest brewing equipment.
The brew bar will be divided into two creative spaces. At half the space you’ll find experienced baristas serving renowned Sensory Lab Coffee via three alternative brewing methods including the cold drip, syphon and V60 Hario pour over in Huhtamaki cups.
These experts will talk visitors through the process, giving them the opportunity to learn more about these preparation methods.
The second half of the Brew Bar is a coffee Pro Shop, where visitors can purchase everything needed to replicate these great brews at home.
The Pro Shop will be previewing a new transparent milk jug in addition to selling fantastic pour over equipment.
The Pro Shop will also be selling the Perg Tamp, an innovative project by two-time Australia Barista Champion Matt Perger. Matt worked with Pullman Tampers to create this next generation of tampers.
