Alicia Feng is the Founder of Calēre Coffee, ranked Top 28 in the World’s Best Coffee Shops and winner of Time Out Best Café of the Year, and Co-Founder of Chiaki, Australia Café of the Year by The Age. She serves as Advisory Partner to Melbourne Coffee Weekend and Shanghai Lujiazui Coffee Festival, contributing to cross-market industry dialogue.
As a WCE World Certified Sensory Judge and Australia Brewers Cup Head Judge, Alicia holds SCA Professional certifications, Q Grader, and WSET qualifications in wine and sake.
Her upcoming venture, Atelier Ensō, bridges traditional craft and future automation - a space for daily ritual, experimentation, collaboration, and the incubation of new ideas. For Alicia, hospitality is a lifestyle grounded in precision, awareness, and meaningful human connection.
