Barry began his hospitality career working at a 300-year-old coffee house at ‘Lloyds of London’, where he developed a real love for the industry. Having worked across a range of international hospitality businesses of varying scale, high-quality coffee has remained a constant throughout his career. 

Barry has been managing La Marzocco Australia since 2018, strengthening relationships with coffee roasters across the country, and building a team that continues to take LMAU from strength to strength.

On the board of StreetSmart, Barry has been inspired by the charity’s mission to reduce homelessness and is a passionate advocate for CaféSmart, the café and roaster partnership fundraiser that unites the coffee community to drive meaningful change.
