Charlie Hachem is the Founder of FABE (Food And Beverage Enterprises) and Co-Founder of the nationally recognised café chain, Piccolo Me. Starting with a single espresso bar in Sydney’s CBD in 2012, Charlie—alongside his brother Roy—has grown the business into a multi-brand powerhouse with over 50 locations across Australia and internationally.
Under the FABE umbrella, Charlie oversees a diverse portfolio of brands including Piccolo Me, Sol Bowl, and the newly acquired South Australian institution, Bean Bar. Known for his "hands-on, heart-led" approach to franchising, Charlie has successfully scaled Australian coffee culture into new markets, recently launching Piccolo Me’s first international flagship in Lebanon.
