For the last 20 years Chris has been working in the coffee industry with a passion to combine incredible coffee experiences with memorable hospitality. Most recently Chris has been working on a new project called Beta Coffee in Surry Hills where he and his team seek to push the boundaries of coffee, efficiency, sustainability, and hospitality.
