Craig Dickson is the CEO of Nomad Coffee Group and founder of Veneziano Coffee Roasters, pioneering specialty coffee from Melbourne since 2002. With deep industry expertise and a commitment to quality, he has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened strategic partnerships, and driven innovation across the business. A certified World Barista Judge, Craig brings technical insight and operational excellence to every decision. He also served as President of the Australian Specialty Coffee Association from 2011–2013, contributing to the growth and professionalism of Australia’s specialty coffee industry.
