Georgia has been in the coffee industry for 10 plus years, starting in cafes and roasters and working her way into the technical side. Georgia currently works with Brewtech as Head Technician / Workshop manager in Victoria. In general, her time is split between technical support for technicians and end users, along with leading specialist overhauls and custom builds within the workshop. Georgia has played a pivotal role in RND for Sistema since day one. With this program, Georgia has been able to give technicians/roasters a clear understanding of what issues are occurring before it affects business downtime. Sistema has been a passion project for Georgia, and she looks forward to continue building, innovating and re-thinking the industry as we know it.
