Ian Callahan is an Australian café operator and specialty coffee professional with deep experience in both competition and day to day service. He founded a number of venues in Adelaide, building a reputation for quality and training strong teams. He is a former regional Barista Champion and has judged at national level across multiple competions, whiles also mentoring and working with a whole stable of barista competitors. Ian has served on the AASCA executive committee and has contributed to BeanScene, sharing practical insights for café owners.
