Jade began her 20-year coffee journey as a part time crew member for Hudsons Coffee and after quickly falling in love with customer service & coffee, moved up the ranks to CBD Area Manager within 2 years.

Wanting to venture into the Specialty Coffee world, Jade joined Veneziano Coffee Roasters in 2011, as First Pour Café Manager, followed by a number of roles, most notably as the National Training Manager for Veneziano Coffee Roasters. It was here where Jade also became the 2-time South Regional Barista Champion and runner-up Australian Barista Champion in 2016.

Jade is now living her dream, joining Melbourne Coffee Academy in 2023, working alongside likeminded coffee professionals, teaching the next generation of Baristas at their Scoresby location.
