Rosslyn is a collection of 8 award-winning, independent specialty coffee bars serving London’s Square Mile. All sites are now amongst the busiest specialty coffee shops anywhere in the world and Rosslyn will be adding more to their portfolio over the coming months. James learnt his trade working his father’s pubs in his native Ireland and later honed his coffee skills in Melbourne (with Five Senses on Rosslyn St, inspiring the shop names!)
