Louis-Philippe Boucher is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at DAK Coffee Roasters, an Amsterdam-based specialty roastery. Before starting DAK, Louis spent his career in venture capital and software — with virtually no coffee experience to speak of. He and co-founder Véronique Lagarde made a bet that an outsider perspective, rooted in technology and branding, could build something genuinely different in specialty coffee.
