Matt Lucas is an owner of The Coffee Pedaler, a small group of specialty cafés in regional New South Wales known for combining quality coffee with thoughtful, sustainable operations.  He has led the growth of venues in the Riverina along with a mobile van, focusing on workflow design, automation and equipment choices that prioritise quality, consistency & service without losing the warmth of genuine hospitality.  Drawing on experience in multiple industries  and running multi-site teams, Matt is particularly interested in how automation and data can elevate the customers café experience.
