My journey has taken me from owning a coffee shop to roasting, tasting, and growing coffee in Colombia, giving me a deep understanding of every step from seed to cup. For the past year and a half, I’ve been Head of Coffee at Jack Murat, where I oversee coffee processing at the farm and ensure every bean meets the highest standards. I’m passionate about specialty coffee, sustainability, and creating exceptional flavors that tell the story of their origin.
