Founded in 2023 by Leihn Mansley, our journey began in regional New South Wales, Australia. Dissatisfied with the coffee options available, Leihn invested in a roaster and dedicated himself to creating the ideal brew. After ten months of meticulous experimentation and trial and error, Leihn perfected and released our first product: the Saturday Light Roast: Single-Origin Australian Bean. 

Since then, we’ve been committed to offering top-quality Coffee to fellow picky home baristas. Our approach combines traditional roasting techniques with modern technology, utilizing beans from the finest farms with rich, fertile soils. This ensures that every cup you drink is an experience, not just a routine. Our micro-batch process allows us to maintain industry-leading control over every bean, from cultivation to your cup.
