The MICE2019 Espresso Bar unveiled
For the first time ever, MICE will have its very own Espresso Bar at the show, which will showcase different roasters across the three days of the event.
Designed to re-create the traditional Espresso Bar experience, the MICE Espresso Bar was created for roasters who specialise in espresso. MICE has taken care of the Espresso Bar build and Espresso Mechanics will be supplying the equipment, and a slot on the bar also affords roasters with the chance to customise the space to suit their needs.
This year, three different roasters will be taking over the bar: Brisbane-born Merlo Coffee will operate the bar on day one of the show, Cottle Coffee will take day two, and Locale Espresso will be taking over the bar on Saturday to close out MICE2019.
