To ring in the new year, we caught up with Veneziano Coffee Roasters to talk inspiration, collaboration and double espresso donuts.
MICE: Where do you find your inspiration?
Veneziano: We find inspiration every day – in the roastery, at cafes, at origin with our growers, at competitions and at home. We are inspired by innovation and collaboration in the industry and love nothing more than experimenting to find better ways to make coffee tasty.

MICE: What’s the best food to pair with your coffee?
Veneziano: There’s so many options! At the moment – a double espresso donut from Le Bakehouse in Brunswick East. They’re deliciously filled with coffee-infused goodness and pair perfectly with our seasonal Bond St Blend.
MICE: Why do you wake up in the morning?
Veneziano: It’s our mission to push coffee boundaries, set new standards and grow coffee businesses. Wherever we go, we’re all about educating, inspiring, collaborating and sharing specialty coffee experiences.
